We guarantee that all orders placed directly through weavinghugs.com will arrive in excellent condition, carefully packaged, and ready to wrap your baby in comfort.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Weaving Hugs cannot be responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or for packages redirected or rescheduled after dispatch through our delivery partners (such as BlueDart). Once garments are returned to us due to delivery issues, they are considered unsellable and are not eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of baby clothing, we are unable to accept returns unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective;
- An incorrect item was shipped; or
- The product has a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you believe your order meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All claims will be handled with care and evaluated at Weaving Hugs’ sole discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a returned item was part of a free shipping offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
We kindly ask that returned items are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
- In their original packaging with all tags attached;
- Sent back only after we approve your return request.
