Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You were sent an incorrect item

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team. Each claim will be evaluated with care and at the sole discretion of Weaving Hugs.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow up to 7 working days from the date of approval for the refund to reflect in your account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Refunds will not be issued for products returned without prior approval

  • We do not offer refunds for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information
